Detailed Pricing Schedule
Overview
NACCRRA's new Suite of Data Services is a variety of integrated, user-friendly services and applications that will serve as tools to facilitate the work of CCR&Rs. All services and applications will be available through a single point of access. The services and applications that will be available include:
- NACCRRAware v3.9/v4.0 - the newest release of NACCRRAware will provide users with increased security, enhanced performance, and better reporting capabilities
- Training Tracking - a user friendly, web-based database designed to help manage and track community based trainings for child care providers
- Virtual Family Child Care Online - a web-based database, created by CCR&Rs, that provides a "virtual" tour of family child care homes - complete with pictures and descriptions - that helps customers learn more information about a particular child care provider or setting
- Technical Assistance Tracking - a web-based tool that will track technical assistance, mentoring, and coaching at a variety of levels, and will allow the link of technical systems to training
NOTE: In order to take advantage of all the applications and services available through NACCRRA's Suite of Data Services, CCR&Rs must be hosted at NACCRRA.
Licensing and Usage Requirements
Each and every organization accessing or using NACCRRA's Suite of Data Services:
- Must be a current member of NACCRRA in good standing
- Must maintain a separate license agreement
- Must keep their licensing, hosting, and/or storage requirements current for the last two years
An individual organization is defined by their Federal Identification Number (FEIN).
Pricing Schedule
One Time Fees (for new organizations only)
- NACCRRA Data Services License Fee: $2500
- Includes all costs for license, hosting, and storage fees the first program year
- License Reactivation Fee (up to two years): $1000
- Assessed if Licensee has not paid Annual License Fee in the past two program years
Program Year Annual Fees (for existing organizations using NACCRRAware)
- Annual License Fee: (from July 1 until June 30): $1000
- Allows for five (5) concurrent users across all applications
- Includes annual upgrade fees for all applications
- Includes unlimited basic technical support
- Additional Concurrent Users (per user; up to four): $100/each
- Unlimited Concurrent Users: $500
- Hosting Fees* (based on active and inactive provider records across all applications):
- Up to 500 Providers
- $675
- Up to 1000 Providers
- $850
- Up to 2500 Providers
- $1000
- Up to 5000 Providers
- $1300
- Over 5000 Providers
- $1800
- Storage Fees* (based on total active, inactive and pending client, provider, community, and trainer records in the system):
* Based on the number of records recorded in the system on June 1, 2008.
Other Available Services
Technical Support- Technical support is for all of NACCRRA's Data Services applications including NACCRRAware, Virtual FCC Online, Training Tracking, and Technical Assistance.
Basic Support - Includes questions about basic functionality including creating reports, labels, configuring, and basic conversion. Included in the Annual License Fee.
NOTE: Regional and State Networks may still enforce the legacy State Technical Support Contact Requirement by completing the State Contact Support Requirement Addendum.
Advanced Support - Includes requests for data merging, data deleting, data transfer, and items requiring access to back end tables, advanced installation support, local installation requests regarding database schema and design, custom installations, connections to third party program, archiving, and other custom work:
- Hourly Technical Support
- $125
- Two (2) hour minimum purchase required
Super User Reporting Account - For State Network and Administrators, the ability to report on several agencies:
- Setup Fee per Application
- $1000
Custom Development - NACCRRA provides custom development (such as converting data from legacy systems, data integration with systems, special reporting requirements, etc.) on a case by case basis for its members as requested:
- Custom Development

- Crystal Report Access
